Not to paint but I don’t think that Mustafi is really that decent upgrade Barca need right now. Maybe he could improve alongside Gerrard Pique. Maybe not.

But Mustafi has been dire. Arsenal’s defence has been dire to warrant anyone wanting to have one of them, matter-of-fact.

He’s not played much this term all down to the summer arrival of a certain Gabriel Magalhães. But we all saw him return again yesterday, to ‘devastating’ effect.
