Free Agent to Be Anthony Davis: ‘We’re Gonna Run it Back’

Los Angeles Lakers big man Anthony Davis is going to be a free agent soon, and as of now, he has not declared his intentions for next season. The Lakers big man was asked about his future and likely free agency.

“I have no idea,” Davis said. “I don’t know.”

Davis  can opt out of his contract and become a free agent.

“I had a great time in L.A. this first year,” Davis said. “This has been nothing but joy, nothing but amazement. Over the next couple of months, we’ll figure it out. I mean, I’m not 100 percent sure, but that’s why my agent [Rich Paul] is who he is, and we’ll discuss it and figure it out.”

No one believes he’s going to bolt for greener pastures, considering he just won an NBA championship, and there’s not many better places to play than in Los Angeles.

LeBron is still playing at an extremely high level, and he’ll only be 36 years old during next season. AD knows he can get a few more chips with the Lake Show, and then he can worry about bringing home a Championship to his hometown Chicago Bulls.

Lakers fans have to be psyched to hear him say that.
