Dustin May Unleashes Another Filthy Heater on Manny Machado

The 99-MPH demon two-seamer that Dustin May displayed in his previous start was no fluke.

Dustin May took the bump again against the hot-hitting San Diego Padres and unleashed his devastating two-seam fastball on Manny Machado for the second time in as many starts.

Social media was ablaze when May unleashed a similarly filthy pitch on Manny Machado in his start against the Padres last week.

Machado seemed to be a little closer to hitting it this time so maybe he will eventually catch up. It’s evident though that the Texas native dubbed “Gingergaard” has something pretty special at his disposal.

Machado wasn’t the only Padre to fall victim to a lethal Dustin May pitch as rising star Fernando Tatis Jr. also had some issues of his own:

Luckily for Machado and the Padres, they won’t have to see May until at least mid-September when the Padres and Dodgers are set to play next.
