Christian McCaffrey Calls Out Scott Frost Over Comments On His Brother Transferring From Nebraska

Christian McCaffrey was quick to come to the aid of his brother, Luke McCaffrey, who transferred from the Nebraska football team earlier in the year.

On Tuesday, Nebraska head coach Scott Frost called out the transfer dynamic in college football, hinting at tampering from teams who are looking to swoop up quarterbacks before they become available on the transfer portal.

“The ones you really want in the portal, they already know where they’re going before they enter the portal,” said Frost.

Scott Frost then used Christian McCaffrey’s brother, Luke, as an example.

“Heck, we had one leave that’s already leaving where he went and he’s on to the next place,” Frost said on Wednesday.

Christian McCaffrey took to social media to lash out at Frost for his brother.

Luke McCaffrey transferred to Louisville initially after leaving Nebraska, but he quickly left for Rice.

As for Scott Frost, he started his playing career at Stanford (Christian McCaffrey’s alma mater), but transferred to Nebraska. Frost led the Cornhuskers to a National Championship in 1997.

It’s safe to say that Christian McCaffrey and Scott Frost have started a feud, but luckily their paths won’t cross in the future.
