Caris LeVert Credits James Harden Trade For Possibly Saving His Life

The Houston Rockets parted ways with James Harden, which ultimately sent a few other players packing  their bags. The Brooklyn Nets needed to give up a player in order to get James. That player was Caris LeVert. He was a part of the massive 4-team blockbuster that saw James Harden join the Brooklyn Nets. LeVert ended up on the Indiana Pacers.

During his physical, a mass was found on his kidney.

LeVert was pretty surprised to learn about his issue.

Via ESPN:

“To me, the most important thing is to get my body healthy and make sure I live a long life,” LeVert said, via ESPN. “Before basketball, I think that’s the most important thing so, for me, I’m not really looking at that side of things.

LeVert is out indefinitely, hopefully he can take care of this issue, and can continue balling out.
