Bears Fans Aren’t Happy With The Latest Report Surrounding General Manager Ryan Pace

The Chicago Bears are sure to have some change over after another lackluster season with Matt Nagy at the helm.

By all accounts, it looks like Nagy is undoubtedly out as head coach. But for fans, that isn’t enough. Most in Chicago are hoping that seventh-year general manager Ryan Pace will follow the head coach out the door. Unfortunately for those fans, it doesn’t appear that’s the case.

According to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, Ryan Pace is expected to be retained by the team next year. And he might even be promoted or given a new title.

Chicago bears fans were enraged with the latest report surrounding Ryan Pace.

Ryan Pace has enjoyed some success during his tenure with the Chicago Bears (specifically with building the team’s defense). But his large misses at quarterback and head coach have put the franchise behind the eight ball continuously.

Between Mike Glennon, Mitchell Trubisky, Nick Foles, Andy Dalton, and now, Justin Fields, the team is still hoping to get their offense right. And it’s likely that Pace just doesn’t give the team the best chance to get over the hump personnel-wise.

It’s still unclear if the Bears will legitimately retain (and possibly even elevate) Ryan Pace. But if they do, it’ll be an incredibly unpopular move in Chicago.
