Tottenham Coach Antonio Conte Got Into Heated Exchange With Chelsea’s Thomas Tuchel Following Exciting Match

It sure looks like there’s no love lost between Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel and Tottenham boss Antonio Conte.

During the back-and-forth game, Tuchel and Conte were seen getting into a war of words from their own respective sidelines.

After a late goal, the two coaches had to be separated by assistant coaches after some showing up took place.

After Tottenham tied up the match to force a draw in the waning moments of extra time, the two coaches met for a quick handshake on the field.

Once again, tempers flared, and the two bosses were engaged in a shouting match face-to-face.

After the match, Thomas Tuchel explained that he didn’t appreciate Antonio Conte’s passive nature with the handshake.

“I thought when we shake hands you looked in each other eyes, he he had a different opinion. It was not necessary but a lot of things were not necessary,” he said after the game.

Thomas Tuchel also took issue with the officiating in the game, and didn’t think wither goal should have counted.

“Both goals cannot stand, absolutely cannot stand, there’s only one team who deserves to win, it’s us.”

Regardless, Tuchel and his Chelsea team are going to have to get the bad taste out of their mouths after letting a late lead slip by against one of their top rivals.

It seems like the Premier League has a classic rivalry brewing between Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte. The two teams are expected to face off against each other once again on February 25, where all eyes will be on the two head coaches.
