Bradley Beal Says He Has Mind Made Up On Future

Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal has been the subject of trade rumors for the last few years. And while he remains a restricted free agent this offseason, many have been quick to link him to several teams around the NBA.

Despite remaining relatively quiet on his overall thought process, Beal admitted to The Athletic that he has already made up his mind on where he wants to play next season.

While Bradley Beal could still seek potential suitors, it appears as though he’ll take the megadeal he’s eligible to sign this offseason with the Wizards.

Just yesterday, Beal took part in an unveiling of a recreation basketball court in downtown Washington as part of their Juneteenth celebration.

“This is beyond amazing,” Beal told the crowd during a ribbon-cutting ceremony. “I don’t want to take up too much of your time, because I know you guys want to get going, but this means the world to me, to see everybody out here supporting (this effort). That’s what our community needs. That’s what our world needs as well, right? Camaraderie, unity. Different ethnic backgrounds — it doesn’t matter. We’re all here in one space for a common purpose, and that’s a beautiful thing.”

Every year it seems like we hear more and more Bradley Beal trade rumors. But for now, he seems content riding it out with the Wizards.
