Vanessa Bryant Shares Clip Of Kobe Bryant Speaking On Importance Of Love

As we approach the one year anniversary of NBA superstar Kobe Bryant’s tragic passing, his widow Vanessa is sharing some interesting thoughts from the late Los Angeles Lakers legend. Vanessa captioned a video saying, “I LOVE YOU @kobebryant Miss you and Gigi so much.” In the video, Kobe is in an interview talking about love.

Kobe says:

“Happiness is such a beautiful journey. It has its ups and downs, whether it’s in a marriage, whether it’s in a career, you know, things are never perfect. But, if you love, you continue to persevere. You move through… you move through. And then through that storm, a beautiful sun emerges. Right, then inevitably another storm comes, guess what? You ride that one out too. So I think love is a certain determination, and the persistence to go through the good times and the bad times with someone or something that you truly love.”

We should have known Kobe’s tragic accident was a sign 2020 was going to be one of the worst years ever. Kobe Bryant leaves a complicated legacy off the court, but he will live on forever for his deeds on the hardwood. He was legendary while he was living, and he’ll forever be a legend. R.I.P.
