New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson is still held in high regard by the “Gang Green” faithful. So they’re pretty much looking for any reason to fall in love with the kid right now.

When a photo surface of Wilson intently staring at his phone and tablet while playing poker during a family vacation, fans were quick to speculate that the young phenom was catching up on some film.

More Jets fans were getting themselves a little bit too excited at the sight of Zach Wilson watching film during a poker game. And Zach Wilson’s mom, who posted the picture, confirmed that he was getting some studying in during the family trip.

Zach Wilson appears to be locked in on the Jets playbook with Training Camp vastly approaching. Unlike many other rookie quarterbacks, Wilson knows that the Jets starting job is his.

Jets fans are hoping that the dynamic QB can prove to be the necessary upgrade from Sam Darnold under center.

While the Jets are at least a year or two away from being serious contenders, all eyes will be on how Zach Wilson looks during the 2021-22 season.
