Virginia State President Takes Student To School On The Court In Epic Rematch

The viral Virginia State student who got crossed up by school president Makola M. Abdullah in a hilarious game of campus 1-on-1 sought his revenge this week. This time it was on the hardwood. The student, who goes by Afo on Twitter, wasn’t happy with his first outing so he challenged the president to a shootout on the court. And if you saw the first viral video, you know Makola Abdullah can ball. In case you missed it, here is the video of their first showdown.

In their three-point contest, President Abdullah let Afo step up to the arc for a shot first. Unfortunately, he shanked it off the front rim. How did Abdullah respond, you ask? He stepped up and drained the shot. Nothing but net. Not only did he drain it, but he also turned around in Steph Curry-like fashion before the shot went in. He knew it was good when it left his hands. See the video below.

When you come for the president you better come with a knockout blow. Afo made it all too easy for the president to win the three-point showdown. Props to Adbulah for entertaining this kid, but it may be time for Afo to find a new sport.

Afo joked about the loss, saying it was all due to “home court advantage” but we’ve got all the evidence we need to know who the true winner is!!

Abdullah took the high road, applauding everyone on campus for joining in on the fun.
“Thank you all for your energy and spirit,” the prez said Wednesday. “You are what makes @VSU_1882 a special place.”All I’ve got to say is Afo is lucky they didn’t play a full game of 1-on-1. He may not have scored a point.
