Michael Strahan really planned out his April Fool’s prank this year. Two days after sending the internet into a frenzy by claiming he closed the gap in his front teeth, the former New York Giants defensive star confirmed it was all one epic April Fools’ Day joke. Strahan posted about finally having his iconic tooth gap fixed, and because it was not on April Fool’s, no one questioned the authenticity.

Yesterday he revealed it was all a hoax.
“I appreciate all the comments. I was surprised, to be honest with you, at how many people were like, ‘No! Don’t get rid of the gap, it’s your signature!’,” he said in a video posted on social media Thursday.
“I didn’t know so many people really cared … I appreciate all the love for the gap,” Strahan, 49, continued. “C’mon man! The gap is here to stay. Not going anywhere anytime soon … My mama likes it.”
Honestly Strahan looks so much better with the fake teeth.
Not really enjoying an April Fools prank that was put in motion days in advance. You have only one day to pull off the prank.
Cheater.
