Trevor Bauer’s Agents Release Another Statement After MLB Extends Leave Of Absence

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer has been dominating headlines ever since a lawsuit alleged that he sexually assaulted a woman on multiple occasions.

While the Dodgers have been doing their part to distance themselves from Trevor Bauer, the MLB came down with the decision to extend the pitchers’ leave of absence.

After the MLB made its decision to keep Trevor Bauer at home, his camp wanted to remind everyone that he has maintained his innocence in the case.

“We continue to refute (the Bauer accuser’s) allegations in the strongest possible terms and Mr. Bauer vehemently denies her account of their two meetings,” the pitcher’s two agents said. “Again, administrative leave is neither a disciplinary action nor does it in any way reflect a finding in the league’s investigation.”

Not only has Trevor Bauer’s leave been extended, but according to MLB insider Jeff Passan, the MLB is contemplating an ‘indefinite’ leave for Bauer until the investigation is finished.

With an accusation of this magnitude, the investigation is likely to take a decent amount of time. And I can’t imagine we’ll be seeing Trevor Bauer on an MLB mound for a very long time.
