Track Star Sha’Carri Richardson’s Old Tweets Exposed

Well that was fast. Sha’Carri Richardson is considered the fastest woman in the world, and the 21 year old is set to break the Women’s 100 world record when she runs in the Olympics later this summer. Sha’Carri has been very active on Twitter for years, tweeting out pretty typical stuff a teenager would tweet. But like most people who become famous, her old tweets are being dug up.

Recently Sha’Carri got a shoutout from Michelle Obama:

Before making national history at the Olympic Trials, the five-foot-one-inch sprinter made headlines by winning championships for years as an amateur.

Per D Magazine, she won the Texas State Championships in the 100-meter as a high school sophomore, and it was then that she was dubbed the “fastest girl in Texas.”

Next time she has to be a bit faster to delete any controversial tweets.
