Tom Brady Is Closing On His Own $7.5 Million Mansion After Using Derek Jeter’s

Tom Brady is set to close on a $7.5 million waterfront mansion in a private area near Tampa TMZ Sports has learned. Brady is reportedly in the final stages of the deal and is expected to be closing later this week. The home is a 5-bedroom place in a private, gated community in Clearwater, Florida. The Brady family had been staying in Derek Jeter’s mansion, but Jeter is selling the place for a handsome $29 million. However, Brady should still be able to afford his own crib and apparently, he’s been doing some house hunting.

The home Brady is looking at is very luxurious as you would expect. It is listed at 8,548 square feet with 5 full baths and 3 half baths. Plenty of room for the whole family to take a good old deuce. Oh, and it is right on the water with its own private dock. The best part is that if Brady is looking to make some modifications to the property, the lot right next door is reportedly also for sale.

Man, it must be nice to be rich. The house is perfect for Brady and his elite workout routine. Inside, the home has a private gym, a theatre room, a pool room, and a full media center. Not to mention the elevator. That’s a nice little feature. I always wonder what you would do with all that space. The kids will probably be playing lots of hide and seek with Brady’s beautiful wife Gisele. And since there are no fans in most stadiums at the time, they can watch their dad sling the rock from home in the media room. Brady and his family won’t be getting bored any time soon, that’s for sure.

Brady and his new mansion isn’t a done deal at this point, but it’s all but contractual at this point. It’s expected to be a wrap very soon.
