Scotty Miller Says He’s the Fastest Player in the NFL

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wideout Scotty Miller is fast, but is he really the fastest player in the NFL? Tyreek Hill may have something to say about that. The Tampa Bay receiver also revealed what he was thinking during Sunday’s memorable TD catch: “Dude, No. 20, you better start running.”

The second-year receiver said during an interview on the Dan Patrick Show that not only is he faster than Chiefs speed merchant Tyreek Hill, he’s clearly the fastest player in the NFL.

“Oh, I’m taking me every day of the week,” Miller said when asked how he would fare in a race with Hill. “I’ll take me over anybody.”

“Wait, you think you’re the fastest guy in the NFL?” Patrick asked.

“Yes, sir,” said Miller.

And when did Scotty know the pass from Tom Brady was going to be a TD?

“Right when I took off and I saw him not running, in my head I’m like, ‘Dude, No. 20, you better start running,’” Miller said.

There’s no doubt Tyreek Hill is going to be upset over Miller’s comments.

Should make for a nice story line leading up to the Super Bowl.

Halftime show should just be a race, Hill versus Miller. . .
