Ryan Fitzpatrick Allegedly Hurt His Hip on a Waterslide

Ryan Fitzpatrick injured in a waterslide accident? Washington Football team Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick had to leave the game this past Sunday early with an apparent hip injury. The hip injury should keep him sidelined for quite a bit of time. Now there’s rumors floating around that Fitzpatrick didn’t hurt himself on the field, but rather off of it.

Sport radio can be wild, and this latest rumor has Fitzpatrick already coming into the game with a hurt hip due to a waterslide accident.

A radio caller said the Washington Football Team’s QB was at a waterpark where he “whacked his hip on the fast slide.”

Via Audacy:

“I’m pretty sure Ryan Fitzpatrick reinjured his hip against the Chargers. Whereas you guys saw round two, we saw round one at Symington Waterpark in Leesburg at Ida Lee on the last day,” the caller claimed. “Three times a week he brings all of his seven million boys up there. They go on the slow slide, he always goes on the fast slide. And then, about mid-afternoon, it looked like he whacked his hip on the fast slide, and then he didn’t do no sliding the rest of the day.

“Everybody at the park saw he was going around, like an awkward gait, or a shuffle walk the rest of the afternoon, and he parked it in his chair. I think he reaggravated it during that game.”

Fitzpatrick is expected to miss 6-8 weeks due to the injury, and we wish him the best in his recovery process.

You would think Fitzpatrick being a Harvard guy would be a lot smarter than to go on a waterslide during the season.

The Waterslide story is absolutely hilarious though.
