Mid life crises come in many shapes and forms, but for Olympian Lolo Jones, it’s not as bad as you think. If this is what a midlife crisis looks like, consider having yourself one. Three-time Olympia Lolo Jones took to Instagram to celebrate turning 39 with a series of thirst trap poolside pics.

“My last year in my 30s,” the athlete wrote, “so here’s me posting a bunch of thirst traps because I’m having a mid life crisis. Next year I’ll be wearing mom jeans and driving a mini van.”
