JuJu Smith-Schuster Danced on Opposing Team Logos Now His Mom Gets Death Threats

Pittsburgh Steelers receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster shut up some of his critics with his touchdown catch during his team’s thrilling comeback win over the Colts, but people are still sending plenty of hate to JuJu and his family. According to Smith-Schuster’s mom, Sammy Toa-Schuster, she received death threats because of her son’s routine where he does a TikTok dance on his opponent’s logo prior to the game.

“I captured this moment after my son’s touchdown because this is my real emotions…after weeks of so many hate messages to death threats…I can’t help but cry when my baby scored his TD. y’all love him when we winning but hate when we are losing,” Toa-Schuster wrote on her Instagram.

JuJu Smith-Schuster stopped doing the TikTok dances on the logos after Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin told him it was enough of that, but he still does plenty of TikToking. He was posting dances with teammates immediately following their win on Sunday.

JuJu Smith-Schuster is not going to stop with the dances anytime soon, so fans better get used to it. The best way to shut JuJu up is to beat him. Sending death threats to an athlete’s family is just about the most cowardly act I can think of. It’s just sports, chill out a little.
