Jeff Garcia Ethers Cam Newton on his Fashion Game

Former San Francisco 49ers Quarterback Jeff Garcia is now part of the media.  It’s his job to analyze and comment on facets of the game. He also likes to take shots.

Cam had another terrible game post Covid diagnosis, and this allowed Jeff Garcia to tear into him. In the closing minutes of the third quarter, Newton threw his third interception of the night and his fifth over the last two games. That pass proved to be his final one of Week 7 as the Patriots have now handed the keys to the offense to second-year signal-caller Jarrett Stidham.

Belichick said postgame that Newton will be his starter next week against the Buffalo Bills.

Asked if he expects Cam Newton to remain the starting QB, Bill Belichick said, "Yeah, absolutely."

It seems clear Newton doesn’t have a lot of job security going forward. Maybe he’ll start just dressing accordingly. Garcia is super passionate about Cam’s style.
