J.J. Watt Has Reportedly Played His Last Game As A Member Of The Houston Texans

Seeing J.J Watt play for any team other than the Houston Texans would look weird. But according to reports, Watt will be traded away from Houston this offseason.

“The belief with teammates and coaches I’ve spoken to is that Watt has played his last game as a Texan. A few told me that was the mood in the locker room after their final game,” NFL Network’s James Palmer said in a tweet.

J.J. Watt has given his heart and soul to the Texans and the city of Houston. It’s a damn shame he never went on a deep playoff run with the team he loved so much. With that being said, it’s time for a change. Watt is in entering the twilight of his career, and he would love to play for a contender before it’s time to hang up the cleats. Houston would be making the right decision to part ways with Watt, he doesn’t deserve to be around for whatever sort of rebuild the Texans have in their future.

As for where JJ will play next? One analyst has a prediction.

NFL analyst Matt Miller named five potential landing spots for Watt.

I’d love to see J.J. Watt go somewhere that can give him the opportunity to win a ring before it’s all said and done.
