Freddie Freeman’s son, Charlie, had one thing on his mind when making the trip with his dad to Denver for the All-Star Game. He wanted to meet his favorite player, Fernando Tatis Jr.

Charlie Freeman’s mom was filming the young boy searching the All-Star hotel for Tatis. And finally, Charlie was able to find Fernando in the dugout prior to the game.

It doesn’t appear that Freddie Freeman has any hard feelings that his son’s favorite player isn’t him. I mean, you have to admit that Fernando Tatis Jr. is pretty damn cool.

This has been a long time coming for Charlie Freeman. Ever since his dad and Tatis were named all stars earlier in the month, Charlie has been telling Freddie about how much he was looking forward to meeting Fernando Tatis Jr.
