Barkevious Mingo, 30, recently signed a one year contract with the Atlanta Falcons but is facing serious charges after being arrested for ‘Indecent with a child’ and could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted.

The 6th overall pick in 2013, was arrested on July 8th by Arlington Police Department. According to TMZ, Mingo was booked into Tarrant County jail for “indecency with a child, sexual contact.”

Mingo posted the $25,000 bond and has been released by officials.
He was a star at LSU and won a ring with the Patriots at Super Bowl LI.
