Deshaun Watson’s First Accuser Speaks Out

Deshaun Watson now has over 20 lawsuits of sexual assault filed against him.

The first accuser, Ashley Solis, joined a press conference today and spoke out about her experience with Deshaun Watson.

“I’m here to take back the power and take back control,” Solis said via Pro Football Talk. “I’m a survivor of assault and harassment.”

Ashley Solis would go on to say that the assault occurred in March of 2020 in her own home.

“In my own home, doing what I love most, massage therapy.”Solis explained. “Some days I feel like a hero, other days I feel like a failure.”

She would also reveal that the interaction with Deshaun Watson has affected her mental health, and makes it a lot harder to do her job.

“I can no longer practice the profession I love the most without my hands shaking during the session,” she said. “I got into massage therapy to heal people. To heal their minds and bodies. To bring peace to their souls. Deshaun Watson has robbed me of that.”

Solis has also heard the attacks that she’s only doing this for money.

“People say that I’m doing this just for money,” she added. “That is false. I come forward now so that Deshaun Watson does not assault another woman.”

Ashley Solis’s account of what happened with Deshaun Watson certainly paints a grim picture of the Houston quarterback. According to her attorney, she has spoken with Houston PD.

This lawsuit isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.
