Carson Wentz Super Fan Giovanni Hamilton Went Viral Again

Philadelphia Eagles fans are some of the most loyal in the NFL. They live and breathe their team, and their players. One little guy is having a tough week after the Eagles finally unloaded Carson in a trade to the Indianapolis Colts. Hamilton, who’s 13 years old, first went viral when his wish to meet Wentz was granted, and a video was recorded of Hamilton telling Wentz that he’s his hero.

The Eagles fan was born with a rare condition called Schwartz-Jampel syndrome, which effects skeletal muscles, and results in weakness or stiffness.

He’s had 15 surgeries since the age of two.

This kid is someone we should admire, not necessarily Wentz.
