Swole Bryson DeChambeau Broke Down The Intense Diet He’s Taken On To Get His New Build

Bryson DeChambeau has ripped it lately with seven top-10 finishes out of his last eight tournaments. He’s also the top bet in this weekend’s Rocket Mortgage Classic, a big co-sign on what he’s done lately.

Bryson DeChambeau is also probably one of the most jacked guys on the PGA Tour since tournaments have restarted. So he revealed the meticulous Bryson DeChambeau diet to get himself into prime form, one that sounds a lot like a Hollywood actor getting into superhero shape in a men’s fitness magazine:

To be clear, Orgain is in fact a brand of protein shake and not a typo. I’m not sure if Bryson DeChambeau is sponsored by them but once the armies of golf bros see that’s his go-to and flock to buy it, he probably should get a little kickback.

It’s hard to argue with what Bryson DeChambeau has done lately. Six protein shakes a day does seem a bit like overkill but I’m far from the guy to question the superstar athlete’s process. You probably also need to play a good 27-36 holes a day to tap into the cardio and workout aspect that Bryson has in order to match his results before you start pounding protein shakes and PB&Js and expecting six-pack abs.

But volume eating and working out aside, it does seem like a fairly reasonable path to becoming the most buff dude in PGA. Now we just need to learn all the athletic ability and not slicing every single shot before opting to drink the rack of Bud Lights in the cart after five straight triple bogies. Seems simple enough.
