All The ‘Super League’ Jokes Are Out After The Idea Appears To Be Dead

The Super League drew the ire of soccer fans everywhere. The idea to combine a ton of the top clubs in Europe for a Tournament that would take over the soccer world appeared to be in motion for the past two days, but after a ton of fan backlash, teams are opting out of the plan.

At first, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Juventus, Internazionale and AC Milan were set to make up the Super league. But that league appears to be dead now after several of the teams have backed out.
