New Orleans Pelicans Troll Anthony Davis Three Years Later

Sometimes you just have to patiently wait for the perfect clap back.

Believe it or not, the New Orleans Pelicans are having a better season than the Los Angeles Lakers. They’re set to play the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA’s play-in tournament. And they took that opportunity to troll former NOLA star Anthony Davis.

If you can recall when Anthony Davis was leaving, he wore a T-Shirt that read: “That’s All Folks”

AD left the Pels because he knew he would never win a ring there, or at least that’s what he thought. He goes to LA and wins a ring, albeit a Bubble ring. If his sole intention was to win a ring, probably a good move leaving.

Although he did handle the whole leaving thing pretty badly.
