Everyone’s Got Jokes After John Daly And His Son Sign Deal With Hooters

Longtime PGA golfer John Daly was known to party, and has spent a good amount of time at the popular restaurant chain, Hooters, in the past.

So fittingly, when Daly and his son, John Daly II inked the first father-son NIL deal, it was with Hooters.

John Daly II is currently a freshman on the Arkansas Razorbacks golf team, and shared his excitement with the new deal.

“I have seen my father’s great relationship with Hooters over the years, and I am proud to continue my family’s association with this iconic brand,” he said in a statement.

Of course, everyone on social media had jokes about the John Daly-Hooters deal.

As part of the new deal with Hooters, John Daly and his son will be asked to take part in promotional events with the restaurant, along with making appearances and pushing the brand on social media.

After a series of injuries, Daly doesn’t play much at all of the PGA Tour anymore. But he has dabbled in the senior tour.

Hopefully John Daly II can keep the family name going strong for many years to come. Perhaps the Hooters deal is just the start of another legend.
