Rory McIlroy Trolls LIV Commissioner Greg Norman After Winning Canadian Open

Rory McIlroy is the big winner this past weekend.

The Irish golfer got his 21st win on the PGA Tour in a exciting finish at the Canadian Open, the crowd was loving the solid finish. McIlroy then celebrated his victory by taking a shot at Greg Norman, which was really special. Norman is the CEO and commissioner of the LIV Golf league and is leading the charge against the PGA Tour by poaching PGA Tour players who apparently have no problem taking money from the Saudi government.

During his post-round interview on the 18th green, McIlroy said:

“This is a day that I’ll remember for a long, long time. 21st PGA Tour win, one more than someone else. That gave me a little bit of extra incentive today and I’m happy to get it done.”

That former player he was talking about was Greg Norman, who had 20 wins on the PGA Tour.

PGA versus LIV is highly entertaining.
