Four NFL Regular Season Win Totals Are Shifting Ahead of NFL Kickoff

It’s preseason betting season.

Which means teams are showing off what they have, or possibly what they don’t have.  The Sportsbooks are keeping close tabs on the action on and off the field,  but mostly they’re keeping an eye on what bettors are placing their money on. When it comes to Over/Under on win totals, most teams Over/Under win totals have been pretty set in stone.  However, when a team starts to receive too many bets on one side or the other, the books have to adjust to get back equal action on the opposite side. For Sportsbooks that’s the name of the game. The more money they have on both sides,  the more  money they stand to win, or in some cases, not lose.

The Over/Under on win totals is a fan favorite for bettors, and as of now, four teams are seeing their win totals shift.

The Browns, Colts, Saints, and Bears have seen their Win Totals shift.

See the stats Via Caesars Sportsbook below:

Let’s start out with the Browns, their win Total has dropped an entire game from 9.5, to 8.5. This is definitely due to the Watson ruling, he’ll be out 11 games, and won’t make a return until week  13. You can see that bettors have been picking the Under on that one, and it makes total sense.

The Colts have gone from 9.5 to 10, which is a good sign for Colts fans.  People are clearly buying into the Matt Ryan era in Indy. The New Orleans Saints have also jumped up a half of game, from 8 to 8.5. That’s also a sign people feel good about the Saints chances this season. On the flip side, people are not feeling the Bears chances this season, they’ve dropped from 6.5 to  6.

This really is the best way to see which teams people are believing in, and what teams people have little faith in.

That’s why we play the games.
