Tiger Woods’ Exact Injuries From Crash Have Now Been Revealed

Tiger Woods’s presence will be missed at Augusta National for The Masters this weekend. The PGA legend has become an icon at Augusta, where some of his many amazing moments have taken place over the years. Unfortunately, Tiger suffered a scary car crash a few months ago, and is still in recovery.

As more and more details have come out, we’re getting a better picture of what was going on in the moments leading up to the crash. Now, the injuries Tiger Woods sustained from the accident have been released.

“Knocked unconscious, laceration to the lower front jaw, bruised right and left rib cage, fractured right tibia and fibula, possible right ankle injury,” a crash report revealed via TMZ.

Later in the report, it was revealed that Tiger’s right leg had an “open fracture, mid shaft on his right leg, below knee.”

Based on this report, Tiger Woods is very lucky to still be alive.

He recently released a statement on his condition, and the investigation of his crash.

“In the last few days, I received word from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department that their investigation regarding my traffic accident back on February 23rd in Los Angeles has been completed and closed,” Woods wrote in a statement on Twitter.

“I am so grateful to both of the good samaritans who came to assist me and called 911. I am also thankful to the LASD Deputies and LA Firefighter/Paramedics, especially LA Sheriff’s Deputy Carlos Gonzalez and LAFD Engine Co. #106 Fire Paramedics Smith and Gimenez, for helping me so expertly at the scene and getting me safely to the hospital.

“I will continue to focus on my recovery and family, and thank everyone for the overwhelming support and encouragement I’ve received throughout this very difficult time.”
