ESPN mainstay Dan Le Batard is officially leaving the Mothership. The news was announced a short time ago. Le Batard will be staying on through January. Le Batard hosts a radio show that is simulcast on TV, and also hosts “Highly Questionable” on ESPN2.
Apparently it was a mutual decision.

Problems surfaced not too long ago when his producer was let go, completely blindsiding him. Dan later rehired him out of his own pocket.

There’s no doubt Le Batard will land on his feet. He has a loyal following and he always keeps things real. ESPN’s loss is another network’s gain. Definitely a highly questionable move by ESPN.
