Vikings Release Statement On Everson Griffen’s Disturbing Gun Video

Everson Griffen was trending earlier today for a disturbing video.

Now the Vkings are responding. They have released a statement on defensive end Everson Griffen following a disturbing video that showed him holding a gun.

Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer claims he was made aware of the situation at around 2-3 am.

Zimmer said he was made aware of situation with Griffen around 2-3 AM. Said he does not know whether Griffen is safe when asked. Vikings statement said that team reps/mental health professionals were on site at Griffen's home this morning and are cooperating w/ law enforcement.

Sounds like Griffen is having some real mental health issues, which he does have a history of having.
