Urban Meyer Reportedly Plans on Playing Tim Tebow at Quarterback

Tim Tebow was Taysom Hill a long time ago. Now it appears that Tim may just see some snaps at quarterback. Of course Tim was signed under the guise of playing tight end, but Urban Meyer knows that Tim can play QB, especially in a wildcat-type offense. NFL insider Dianna Russini was on First Take this morning and explained how Urban is planning to use Tebow.

Watch  below:

“They think that Urban Meyer purposely brought Tebow in, one to set the culture, the competitiveness, we know he’s a new NFL head coach here trying to set the tone for the culture. But the bigger story, I think, that is the most interesting part of this, is that there are those in the league that Urban Meyer is bringing Tebow in to play quarterback, that Taysom Hill role, using him in that Wildcat that we’ve seen Urban Meyer use in the past. Take a look at all those different offenses, it actually makes a lot of sense. So he may be on the roster as a tight end, but there may be more to this Tebow experiment than him just playing that position.”

Urban knows using Tebow around the goal line can be a great way to get some TD’s for the former QB turned tight end.

He’s a beast, there’s no doubt he’ll find his way into the end zone.

Say what you want about Tim, he brings asses in the seats.
