The Jacksonville Jaguars made an interesting pick up this off-season signing former Florida QB and NFL journeyman Tim Tebow after spending the last couple of years trying to pursue his MLB dreams.

Tebow was a well-known bust as an NFL QB, but the Jaguars didn’t sign him to be a QB, they signed him to transition to the TE position at 34 years old. While he is clearly in great shape, his techniques, hands, and speed may be in question to many.
Tebow is the butt of jokes today after an awful block attempt which had him spinning around on the field.

This is not the sort of blocking you want to see from a TE on your team. He was listed as TE4 on the Jaguars initial depth chart. This highlight is not going to help him move up the ranks. No one knows yet what will come of this signing, but many analysts don’t predict Tebow making the final 53-man roster in Jacksonville.
Tebow finished the game with 0 receptions on one target. The Browns easily handled the Jaguars 23-13.
