Be careful before you hit the send button. Earlier this week, MLB analyst Ryan Spaeder went crazy with a lengthy thread where he accused multiple teams and individual players of cheating over the years.

But now Ryan Spaeder now regrets it:

I deeply regret everything that I said — it has turned my life upside down. It was a mistake, and I should not have reported on unfounded allegations. I sincerely apologize to all of those impacted — it should not have happened, and it will not happen again. Stick to stats.

Allegations from Ryan Spaeder with zero evidence to back it up. Absolutely no proof. The dude goes on a Twitter spree naming names because he was fed up with MLB cheating, and then only a day later he’s walking back his allegations.
