New England Patriots linebacker Kyle Van Noy has seen two sides of Dolphins head coach Brian Flores. Van Noy was with Flores when he was a linebackers coach with the Pats, and joined him for a brief stint in Miami. It wasn’t the same.
Brian Flores and the Dolphins moved on from Kyle Van Noy after just one season. The linebacker was asked about the differences (if any) that he noticed between Brian Flores the head coach, and Brian Flores the assistant. His answer was short but telling,”no comment.”
Question: What was the difference between Brian Flores the LBs coach and Brian Flores the head coach?

It’s no surprise that Kyle Van Noy is a little broken up about how he was treated in Miami. He signed a massive four-year deal with Miami prior to last season. However, his numbers dropped, and he was released after the season.
“I know everything they do down there,” Van Noy said of Miami via NESN. “It’s going to be good.”
