Julio Jones Wouldn’t Take Jersey No. 11 From New Teammate A.J. Brown

When the Tennessee Titans pulled off their trade for star receiver Julio Jones, several players reacted with joy. Of those players who were stoked to get a player of Jones’s caliber to the Titans was fellow receiver A.J. Brown.

A.J. Brown currently wears the same No.11 jersey that Julio Jones wore in Atlanta. The young receiver took to Twitter to say that he offered Julio his jersey number, but the veteran wouldn’t take it.

Many are assuming that Julio Jones is perfectly content donning the #8 he wore while he was a member of Alabama.

Needless to say, the Titans just got a whole lot more dangerous with Julio Jones paired with A.J. Brown. Defenses are going to have a lot of problems stopping this star-studded Titans offense.
