Jake Layman Throws Down Must-See Poster Dunk Over 7’5 Tacko Fall

The concept of the Minnesota Timberwolves having nothing to play for during the final week of the NBA regular season is not revolutionary to anyone. But although their postseason hopes were dashed long ago, Wolves’ forward Jake Layman is still going all out.

It’s not easy to throw down a poster dunk on anyone, let alone a man who stands 7’5″ tall. Well, Layman damn near ended Boston Celtics center Tacko Fall’s existence on planet earth during Saturday’s game.

YIKES!!! That’s 6’8″ over an absolute Goliath of a man right there. RIP Tacko.

Another angle of this disgusting flush:

Did anyone else notice Fall gritting his teeth when he realizes what’s about to happen?

So who is Jake Layman, you ask? Well, his full name is actually John Douglas Layman. He is 27 years old and playing in his fifth NBA season after graduating from Maryland in 2016. He has appeared in 45 games for the Timberwolves this season, averaging 13.1 minutes, 5.1 points and 1.5 rebounds per outing.

And now, he’s the guy who threw down on the tallest player in the NBA today.

As you could probably guess, this vicious Jake Layman dunk left Twitter in a state of total disbelief:

What a highlight. What a life. Ladies and gentlemen, Jake Layman!
