Former Washington Football cheerleader turned WFT marketing director Melanie Coburn crashed the NFL owners meeting in New York to request that the league release the full investigation report into the WFT’s workplace culture.
Coburn wrote a letter urging the NFL to make the findings of the investigation into the team’s workplace culture public. She brought the letter to the meeting.

Coburn was also asked what they would find if more emails were released:
Ex-WFT marketing director Melanie Coburn was asked what we’d find if the NFL released its findings: “Serial sexual harassment. Serial sexual assault.”

She also made sure to throw Dan Snyder under the bus:
Asked Melanie Coburn how responsible Dan Snyder was the workplace culture in Washington: “100 percent. … He allowed this to happen in his organization. He encouraged it:”
Then, Coburn said, “He’s mastered the art of the NDA.” https://t.co/GeY86KhU6k

Eventually all of these emails should come to light, which means a ton of heads are going to roll.
Gruden was just the beginning…
Wow! Even I had forgotten about some of these Snyder facts. In case you’re still not understanding why the #WashingtonFootball team isn’t winning and the culture is still toxic, read on… https://t.co/wILBC0u4Zz

"I think the emails would show serial sexual harassment, and sexual assault. It's going to show mistreatment of women, it's going to show a lot of intimidation and it's going to show the big boys club that was the Washington Football Team." -Melanie Coburn

Melanie said she knows of women personally who were “pimped out” to various executives within the organization. She would not go so far as to say prostitution, but made it clear Dan Snyder was not only aware, but involved. Coburn also said Snyder’s wife Tanya is not an ally.
