Celtics Head Coach Brad Stevens Claims His Identity Was Stolen

The Boston Celtics continue to struggle this season, they’re currently sitting under .500 for the year. They’re currently mired in a three game losing streak, and have lost 7 out of their last ten. To make matters worse, their head coach just had his identity stolen.

Brad Stevens on the radio just a bit ago: "I told my wife 'I had a root canal and my identity stolen last week and those were two of my better days in the last eight days.'"

Sounds like a triple whammy for Stevens. Bad team, root canal, and stolen identity.

Brad Stevens – and I'm not sure if he was joking or serious about this – just said on @985TheSportsHub that he had a root canal and had his identity stolen in the last week… "and those were two of my better days last week," he joked in reference to the Celtics' struggles.

The Celtics were supposed to be one of the best teams in the East this season, and not only is their coach surprised how bad they’re playing, pretty much everyone is.

Maybe the All-Star Break will allow Stevens to figure things out, but first, regain his identity, and in the process, possibly the Celtics too.
