Cam Newton’s Baby Mama La Reina Shaw Posts Message Amid Cam’s Battle with Covid

Cam Newton, who tested positive for COVID-19, was asymptomatic as of Monday.

That means it’s possible Newton could return to practice by Thursday.  Newton also must remain symptom-free. He will have to wait five days following his first positive test before returning to action.

“We’ll take it day by day. Today is Tuesday,” Belichick said during his weekly interview on sports radio WEEI. “I’m not going to try to make any predictions or read into a crystal ball on where things are going to be Friday, Saturday, or some other day in the week. There are so many unpredictable factors here. You just can’t nail them down. So we’ll work with what we can work with.”

So the big question is, how is Cam’s family handling the prognosis?  Although Cam’s family is not with him in New England,  he still has plenty of people that count on him. One being his baby mama/current girlfriend La Reina Shaw. Cam and La Reina have a son together.

La Reina posted a very powerful message amid Cam’s battle with Covid:

She was quickly bombarded with Covid comments:

Cam has also posted some message since his diagnosis was revealed:
