Rumor: Cain Velasquez Attempted To Kill Sex Offender From Child’s Daycare Before Arrest

On Tuesday morning, it was revealed that UFC legend Cain Velasquez was arrested this week on an attempted murder charge.

According to the report, Velasquez tracked down a man near his hometown of San Jose, before shooting at him multiple times. The man shot by the heavyweight was taken to a hospital to receive treatment while Cain was booked, awaiting his first court appearance on Wednesday.

During the aftermath of the Cain Velasquez arrest, a rumor started circulating the web that he was tracking down an alleged sex offender from his child’s daycare facility.

According to the report, the alleged offender was driving in his car with his dad when Cain tracked him down. Velasquez would go on to shoot the man’s father while firing shots at the vehicle.

Former MMA fighter Jake Shields also said he heard Cain Velasquez was trying to track down an alleged sex offender before being booked on Monday.
