Washington Commanders Lead the Way on the Least Bet on Team to Win Super Bowl

The Commanders are in full command of the lead of least bet on.

Bettors are clearly not feeling the Washington Commanders this coming season to win the Super Bowl, as they are the least bet on to win the Super Bowl in 2023. However they don’t have the worst odds to win it all, that honor goes to the Houston Texans. The Commanders are currently at 80/1 to win it all.

There are currently 10 teams with worse odds than the Washington football team, yet the Commanders have the lowest percentage of bets. It sounds like Washington die-hards aren’t even betting on their team.  They are currently receiving 0.6% of the total tickets at Caesars Sportsbook.

See the stats below courtesy of Caesars:

The Commanders at 80-1 aren’t seeing much action at all, and that could have everything to do their last few seasons. Behind the Commanders as the least bet on to win the Super Bowl are the Jaguars, Seahawks, and Browns.

Anything is possible in the NFC East, but it’s looking like it may just be the worst division in the NFL. For the Commanders, a lot will depend on the relative returns to health of cornerstones such as Young, Thomas and Samuel.  Plus Carson Wentz needs to stay healthy.

On the flip side, an NFL team that last won a playoff game in 2016 is getting Super Bowl LVII love from sports bettors.

That team will be without it’s biggest star, aptly named Big Ben. You can’t blame bettors for staying away from the Commanders but it’s strange they haven’t received a little more love than they’re currently getting.
