Tiger Woods Hearing Roars in Action On Monday In Ireland At J.P. McManus Pro-Am

Tiger Woods is over the pond in Ireland this week as he preps for the 2022 British Open which will be played at St. Andrews in Scotland in two weekends.

Tiger Woods has been very picky about the golf competitions that he has appeared in since his accident in 2021, but he looks to be pedal to the metal heading into the British Open.

Woods is over in Ireland on Monday playing in the J.P. McManus Pro-Am and was hearing the roars after he made a nice chip in.

Woods was accompanied by a laundry list of PGA Tour players for the event, such as Jordan Spieth, Xander Schauffele, Adam Scott, and Rory McIlroy to name a few. The Pro-Am will be played over Monday and Tuesday.

Woods was 5 over par through 17 holes on Monday, while Schauffele sat atop the leader board with an 8 under round.

Woods has not played on Tour since withdrawing after his third round at the PGA Championship at the end of May.

Tiger has won the Open three times, in 2000, 2005, and 2006. His victories in 2000 and 2005 took place at St. Andrews which is where the 150th Open will be played later this month.
