There’s Video of Aldon Smith Committing Second Degree Battery in Front of Home Depot

Are we ready for the Aldon Smith video? Aldon Smith just signed with the Seattle Seahawks last week, and already he’s in hot water. He’s now at the center of a criminal case in Louisiana. Travers Mackrel of WDSU shares a bulletin from St. Bernard Parish Sheriff James Pohlmann stating that Smith is wanted for second degree battery.

Smith allegedly committed that battery in front of a home depot:

Mackrel adds that law enforcement leaders say there is video evidence of the incident.

Smith spent last year with the Cowboys in his first NFL action since a suspension derailed his career in 2015.
