Besides the questionable scope of his broad use of the term “patriot”, Aubrey Huff’s Tweet contained another unfortunate event upon discovery:

I was thoroughly looking forward to the continued war waged on the Dark Side, and to have to settle for the Star Wars saga over again is a real drag (although, there is an element of realism when considering you’re replacing one group of pretend rebels with another).

With Real Sports Back, eSports DFS Losing Momentum

While I maintain wishful thinking that the lull in League of Legends DraftKings tournament sizes is only due to the end of the Summer splits, there’s been more than a hint of things taking a step backward with payout structures diminishing in the past couple of weeks.

Counter-Strike: GO, once a daily weekday affair that had slates starting around the clock, is practically non-existent, and especially with the real sport parallel in NBA making its grand return.

With League Of Legends Worlds kicking off on September 25th, and Summer playoffs to be taken care of first, there’s hope still reserved (although difficult considering NFL will be back).
