Betting Implications of Potential Kareem Hunt Trade To Eagles

As it stands, the Eagles are considered contenders to win the NFC East.

They’re currently second to the Cowboys at +160 to take the division crown, per Draftkings. Last season, Philly turned some heads when finishing the season 9-8 before losing in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs. But it’s clear they could use some help in their back field.

Last season, it was QB Jalen Hurts who led the team with 784 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns. Miles Saunders had success it the 12 games played, rushing for 754 yards and 5.5 yards per carry. But injuries have plagued him throughout his entire career.

Bringing in a player of Kareem Hunt’s caliber would undoubtedly open things up for the Eagles in both the passing and running game. But for now, it’s unclear if the Browns would be willing to part ways with the disgruntled running back
