With Real Sports Back, eSports DFS Losing Momentum
While I maintain wishful thinking that the lull in League of Legends DraftKings tournament sizes is only due to the end of the Summer splits, thereâs been more than a hint of things taking a step backward with payout structures diminishing in the past couple of weeks.
Counter-Strike: GO, once a daily weekday affair that had slates starting around the clock, is practically non-existent, and especially with the real sport parallel in NBA making its grand return.
With League Of Legends Worlds kicking off on September 25th, and Summer playoffs to be taken care of first, thereâs hope still reserved (although difficult considering NFL will be back).
